NYC - new garbage bins promoting recycling??
I saw these new cute garbage bins. I like them. However, instead of spending money in making the garbage bins in NYC ( Times Square ), I wish the city would use that money to put more garbage bins throughout the city. At times I have walked blocks on end holding an empty water bottle before finding a bin.
